All tuition, use of equipment, ingredients, food, wine and accommodation*

Continental breakfast (for those staying at The Orchards), mid-morning tea, coffee and refreshments, four-five course lunch, afternoon tea and four-five course dinner with wine.

Students have full use of the grounds (weather permitting); grass badminton court, volleyball court rounders pitch, outdoor table tennis table, indoor table football and a rather bumpy croquet lawn.  There is also a hard tennis court in the village available for students to use.

Chalet Cook's Course
Orchards Cookery Book, folder containing a three week, five course menu plan, including vegetarian options and children’s meals, with time plans for cooking at altitude, conversion tables, napkin folding, Chalet Guide Book containing food translations for shopping in a foreign language (French and German), catering for special diets and food allergies, tips and guidelines to follow when running a chalet, Chalet Cook's goodie bag containing all sorts of equipment and help with recruitment (CV writing, interview training, ski company presentations and interviews at the school).

Designer Dinners Course
Orchards Cookery Book containing foolproof recipes, eighteen menu plans of five course designer dinners with suggested wines.  Napkin folding, guidelines for menu planning, conversion tables, short cuts and tips of the trade and a small goodie bag.  A glass of bubbly with canapés on the first night.

Off to University Course
Cookery book containing recipes and guidelines for students cooking and entertaining on a budget. Hygiene and safety in the kitchen, shopping and storing food, menu planning, healthy eating and a goodie bag filled with all sorts of equipment to help students set themselves up in the kitchen.

One Day Course
Six course lunch party - a glass of bubbly with canapés, wine, cheese and port, fresh coffee and petits fours.  Freshly baked cake or biscuits to take home and a goodie bag with an Orchards Cookery book, apron, tea towel, mug and a pen.  Accommodation is available - dinner, B&B (continental breakfast) for the night before the course, or for one night B&B £40, for a second night B&B £25. 

Two Day Course
Four/five course lunches and a six course dinner party - a glass of bubbly with canapés, wine, cheese and port, fresh coffee and petits fours.  Freshly baked cake or biscuits to take home and a goodie bag with an Orchards Cookery book, apron, tea towel, mug and a pen.  Accommodation is available - dinner, B&B (continental breakfast) for the night before the course, or for one night B&B £40, for a second night B&B £25.

Shared Accommodation (Monday to Friday)

Single room supplement (limited availability) £50 five day course, £90 two week course. 
(Please would loud snorers be considerate to others on the course by booking a single room)

Non resident students £50 discount on fees, per week.
Please note: once students have chosen not to stay at The Orchards they may be unable to change their mind if we have allocated single rooms to other students on the course.  We encourage students to stay on site as we have dinner parties in the evenings.

Sunday supplement for students who wish to arrive on Sunday evening – dinner, B&B (continental breakfast) £25, per Sunday. (Approximately 75% of students arrive on the Sunday before the start of their course. We ask students to plan to arrive after 7:00pm, supper is at 8:00pm. Otherwise, students are asked to arrive on Monday morning by 9:30am to start promptly at 10:00am). 

*Please note: accommodation is not included on the One and Two Day courses.
